Subject: Running Scheduled Notes Agents - .NET or Through Domino?
Feedback Type: Question
Product Area: Domino Server
Technical Area: Application Development
Platform: Windows
Release: 8.5.1
Reproducible: Always

I have a Notes application with a form that contains fields with data for each day of the month. I have an agent that I would like to have run twice a day. This agent scans through all documents for the current and past month, pulls the daily info from each document, and writes it (via a 'Print' statement) to a .csv file which is then saved to a global drive on our network.

If run manually, there is no problem. The file is written with all data. However, when running on a schedule the file is not written even though the agent log shows that it ran:

Started running agent 'DailyExportWithUnitHrs' on 11/15/2011 03:05:19 PM
Running on new or modified documents: 603 total
Found 603 document(s) that match search criteria
Ran LotusScript code
Done running agent 'DailyExportWithUnitHrs' on 11/15/2011 03:05:20 PM

I've tried to have it 'Run as Web user' and not.
I've had it 'Run on behalf of:' myself or the server administrator.
I've set the 'Runtime security level' to each of 1, 2, or 3.
I've allowed the 'Default access for viewing and running this agent' to be All readers and above, Allow Public access users to view and run, and Allow editor level user activation.
I've set it to all of the iterations I can with those variables in the Security section.

Is there anything that I can do to have this run on a schedule or is manually the only way? If it comes to it, could I have a scheduled Windows console application set it off?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. If any other information is need please let me know. Thank you.
